Contracting party. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Appsique Solutions LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (Entity ID 2026-001980585), concerning Voffi and the Services described below.
Read this first: Voffi helps people organize care; it does not provide veterinary advice, emergency response, guaranteed reminders, guaranteed GPS, or supervision of a person, caregiver, or animal. Shared features depend on the people invited and the permissions they receive. These Terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
1. Agreement, related policies, and eligibility
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between the person using Voffi (“you”) and Appsique Solutions LLC (“Appsique,” “Voffi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern the Voffi iPhone application, voffiapp.com, caregiver web experiences, support channels, and related features and services (together, the “Services”). Voffi is the product name of Appsique Solutions LLC.
By creating an account, starting a trial or subscription, or selecting a Voffi acceptance control after these Terms are presented, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If Voffi separately presents an acceptance control for caregiver web access, a caregiver agrees when they select that control. Receiving or opening a household or caregiver invitation alone does not constitute acceptance. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Purchase disclosures, Apple’s applicable terms, and feature-specific terms presented when you take an action also apply.
You must be at least 18 years old and have reached the age of legal majority where you live to create and control a Voffi account, form a household, purchase Voffi Pro, or accept these Terms independently. A person under 18 may participate only through a household managed by their parent or legal guardian, with that adult’s permission and supervision. The adult is responsible for the minor’s use to the extent permitted by law. Voffi is not directed to or marketed to children.
Some public website resources, including calculators, a schedule builder, and a caregiver handoff checklist, can be used without an account. They provide educational estimates or user-directed templates only. Planning-tool drafts remain in browser local storage on the device unless the user clears them; they are not synchronized to a Voffi account or backed up by Appsique.
You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement and may not use the Services where doing so is prohibited by law. Voffi is designed for ordinary companion-animal care across supported species. It is not a clinical veterinary system, regulated medical record, emergency-response tool, animal-tracking guarantee, professional boarding-management system, or safety-critical service.
2. Accounts, authentication, and household authority
Provide accurate information, use a supported authentication method, keep your credentials and devices secure, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity through your account to the extent permitted by law. Do not create an account for someone else without authority, impersonate another person, sell an account, or let another person use your individual sign-in.
Voffi households are collaborative spaces. Depending on their role and permissions, an owner or member may add pets, invite or remove people, assign and complete tasks, edit records, view history, manage caregiver access, enable sharing, and change settings. By joining a household, you understand that authorized participants can see and act on information shared with that household.
A household owner represents that they have authority to create the household, add the relevant pets and records, and grant access. Anyone who enters information about another member, caregiver, veterinarian, emergency contact, insurer, property, or other person must have an appropriate lawful basis to do so and must give any notice or obtain any permission required by law.
If a member leaves or is removed, their future access ends, but care records they created remain with the household so other authorized members can preserve continuity, safety, and history. If a member deletes their account, we may remove their personal profile while retaining necessary shared care records with attribution changed to “Former member.” Existing members may continue to use those shared records subject to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
If the sole household owner requests deletion, the owner must either transfer ownership to an eligible member or delete the household and its content. We may delay completing household deletion long enough to confirm the owner’s choice, protect other members from accidental loss, meet legal obligations, or resolve a disputed ownership request.
3. Caregiver access and bearer-code safety
A household owner may create time-limited caregiver access for selected pets and selected responsibilities. Depending on the owner’s configuration, caregiver access can expose tasks, instructions, feeding and medication details, recent activity, walk status, and separately enabled veterinary, insurance, emergency, or home-entry information.
A caregiver code or claim link is a bearer secret: a person who possesses a valid credential may be able to claim the related access. Share it only with the intended caregiver through a reasonably secure channel. Revoke and replace it immediately if it is exposed, misdirected, copied, or no longer needed.
A caregiver may use the Services only for the assigned care, during the authorized period, for the permitted pets and responsibilities. A caregiver must not share access, copy information for unrelated use, attempt to expand permissions, or continue using information after the assignment ends. Household owners remain responsible for selecting a suitable caregiver, applying least-necessary permissions, reviewing activity, and revoking access.
Voffi does not employ, screen, recommend, supervise, insure, or guarantee caregivers and is not a pet-sitting marketplace. A caregiver and household arrange compensation, access to property, emergency authority, insurance, taxes, and other obligations directly between themselves. Nothing in the Services creates an employment, agency, partnership, fiduciary, or professional relationship between Appsique and a household member or caregiver.
The caregiver web experience may maintain an essential browser-authentication session. On a shared or public device, close the session, use sign-out where available, and clear browser site data when finished. Voffi cannot guarantee that a device owner, browser, screenshot, download, or recipient will discard information.
4. Your content, ownership, and service license
“User Content” includes pet profiles, names, photos, care and health records, medication details, routes, locations, routines, notes, documents, caregiver instructions, contact details, and other information submitted through the Services. As between you and Appsique, you retain the ownership rights you already have in User Content.
You grant Appsique a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, transmit, display, back up, and otherwise process User Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and support the Services; honor the sharing and visibility choices made through the product; enforce these Terms; and comply with law. This license ends when content is deleted from active systems, except to the extent it lawfully remains in shared household records, provider logs, backups, de-identified data, or records we must retain.
You represent that you have the rights, authority, and permissions needed for User Content and that it does not violate confidentiality, privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, contractual, or other rights. Do not upload information you are not authorized to disclose. Free-text fields and files can contain more sensitive information than Voffi requests; you are responsible for what you choose to include.
We may reformat or compress content for technical delivery, create previews, or remove metadata in supported workflows. That does not guarantee every original file or export is stripped of location, author, camera, or other embedded metadata. Other authorized household members may retain or export shared records even after you leave, subject to their own obligations.
5. Feature responsibilities and limits
| Feature | What Voffi provides | Your responsibility | Important limit |
|---|---|---|---|
| Routines and calendar | Schedules, recurrence, assignments, due states, and completion records. | Enter accurate instructions, verify changes, and coordinate with everyone involved. | A schedule or completion marker does not prove care happened correctly. |
| Medication and health records | Organization, reminders, history, proof files, and trends. | Verify the animal, product, dose, timing, interactions, instructions, and professional guidance. | Voffi does not prescribe, diagnose, calculate a safe dose, or maintain a veterinarian’s official record. |
| Walks and activity | GPS-based route and event recording, estimates, summaries, heatmaps, goals, and rankings. | Use safe judgment, obey local rules, supervise the animal, and review the record. | GPS, distance, pace, altitude, heatmaps, and events can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. |
| Households | Roles, shared history, attribution, and collaboration. | Invite only appropriate people and understand what each role can see or change. | Voffi cannot control screenshots, exports, off-platform copies, or another person’s conduct. |
| Caregiver access | Time-limited access scoped to pets and responsibilities. | Protect credentials, choose a trustworthy caregiver, grant least access, and revoke it promptly. | A valid caregiver code may be claimed by whoever possesses it. |
| Notifications, widgets, and Live Activities | Convenient reminders and at-a-glance status. | Choose suitable preview settings and maintain a separate safety-critical process. | Delivery may be late, suppressed, duplicated, visible on a lock screen, or never arrive. |
| Photos, files, and exports | Storage, display, sharing, and retrieval. | Upload only authorized content and check recipients and embedded metadata. | Recipient copies and third-party destinations are outside Voffi’s control. |
| Public website tools | Educational age estimates and browser-based schedule or caregiver-handoff templates. | Review every result and instruction, protect drafts on shared devices, and use current veterinarian or product-label directions for medication. | Estimates are approximate. Local drafts are not account records, monitored care, or a Voffi backup. |
6. Pet care, health information, medication, and emergencies
Voffi is an organization tool, not veterinary care. The Services do not diagnose, treat, prescribe, guarantee outcomes, or replace a veterinarian, poison-control service, emergency provider, product label, or official health record. Templates, trends, due states, reminders, rankings, and user-entered records may be incomplete or inaccurate.
You are responsible for confirming care and medication information with a qualified professional, checking the animal, and using independent safeguards appropriate to the risk. A check mark, timestamp, notification, or member attribution reflects a submitted system event; it is not independent proof that an action occurred, was appropriate, or had the intended result.
Voffi does not continuously monitor a pet, person, caregiver, home, or device and cannot summon help. For an urgent health, poisoning, escape, or safety concern, contact a qualified veterinarian, poison-control service, emergency responder, or other appropriate local provider immediately.
7. Walks, maps, GPS, live location, and route privacy
GPS and map features produce estimates. Buildings, terrain, weather, device sensors, operating-system limits, power-saving settings, background suspension, permissions, poor reception, network loss, provider data, and human input can create gaps, impossible points, delays, and errors in distance, route, pace, speed, altitude, elevation, events, or timestamps.
Do not rely on Voffi to locate a person or pet, navigate hazardous terrain, supervise an animal, enforce route boundaries, or summon help. Stay aware of your surroundings and follow property restrictions, leash rules, road laws, weather guidance, and professional safety advice.
When you start a recorded walk, Voffi may process precise background location until the walk ends or is stopped by the device or system. You must have permission from any person whose movements may be recorded or shared. Do not record, infer, or disclose another person’s location unlawfully.
Live sharing is optional and can expose current or recent location to authorized viewers. Sessions are designed to end within a maximum of 12 hours and viewer authorizations are designed to expire after approximately 15 minutes unless renewed, but technical expiry and cleanup are safeguards rather than guarantees. Confirm who has access, end the session when finished, and understand that caches, logs, screenshots, or viewer copies may persist.
Route endpoint privacy or map display controls can reduce exposure on supported surfaces but cannot guarantee that a home, workplace, routine, or person is impossible to infer. Mapbox data and telemetry controls are governed by the settings and notices presented in Voffi and by Mapbox’s own terms.
8. Sharing, leaderboards, and other people
Information shared within a household is visible according to roles and product rules. Information shared with a caregiver is visible according to pass configuration. Exports, share sheets, email, messages, downloads, screenshots, and copied text are controlled by the sender, recipient, device, and destination once they leave Voffi.
Leaderboard visibility is controlled through the account setting and may be enabled unless disabled. An eligible dog’s name, profile image, breed, country or flag, aggregate distance and time, derived rank, recent walk-end information, and Voffi Pro status may be visible to other signed-in Voffi users. Leaderboards are not intended to publish household-member identities, health records, exact routes, or precise location coordinates, and they are not public web profiles. If support expands to other species, the same visibility control and data-minimization rules will apply.
The preference is currently account-level, while scores are pet-based. Activity recorded by another authorized household member may affect the same pet’s score or visibility. You may disable leaderboard visibility and request removal through privacy@voffiapp.com, although processing, caches, screenshots, and recipient copies may not disappear immediately. You must have authority to choose publication for a shared pet and must respect another household participant’s privacy objection.
Rankings are recreational estimates, not verified competitions or evidence of animal health. Do not manipulate activity, misrepresent a pet, or use rankings to encourage unsafe exercise. We may correct, exclude, or remove suspicious, inaccurate, unlawful, or abusive entries.
Do not publish or share another person’s identity, routine, precise location, home details, or care records without authorization. A pet photo, route, country, or timestamp can reveal information about people even when no person is named.
9. Acceptable use
You may not use or attempt to use the Services to:
- violate law or another person’s privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property, publicity, contractual, or other rights;
- stalk, track, monitor, harass, threaten, discriminate against, or expose a person or location without authority;
- harm, neglect, endanger, exploit, traffic, or facilitate cruelty toward an animal;
- share caregiver credentials, live-location access, private documents, home-entry information, or account credentials with an unauthorized person;
- impersonate another person; misrepresent household authority, professional qualifications, care activity, or an animal’s status; or create misleading records;
- upload malware, interfere with the Services, bypass permissions or limits, test vulnerabilities without written authorization, scrape non-public data, or access another account;
- reverse engineer, decompile, copy, sell, rent, sublicense, or create derivative works from the Services except where applicable law expressly permits;
- send spam, automate abusive requests, manipulate rankings, or use the Services for unlawful advertising or solicitation; or
- use reminders, maps, live sharing, or caregiver status as the sole safety mechanism for a person or animal.
We may investigate suspected misuse and, when reasonably necessary and lawful, restrict a feature, revoke caregiver access, preserve evidence, remove unlawful content, suspend an account, or notify an affected person or competent authority. An urgent safety or security restriction may occur before notice.
10. Free access, Voffi Pro, trials, and purchases
The free Voffi plan supports one pet and one household member. Voffi Pro expands available capacity and premium features and is offered as monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions. The exact features, price, currency, billing period, taxes, eligibility, and regional availability shown in the App Store or purchase screen at the time of purchase control.
Eligible new subscribers may receive a three-day free trial. Unless canceled before the trial ends through the Apple account used to subscribe, the trial converts to the selected paid Voffi Pro plan and renews automatically for the displayed billing period until canceled. Apple determines trial eligibility, billing timing, and subscription-management mechanics. Promotional availability is not guaranteed and may be limited by account, region, or prior use.
At launch, subscriptions are sold only through Apple’s App Store and we do not offer one-time purchases. Voffi does not display third-party advertising at launch. If that changes, Appsique will update its notices and provide any controls required by applicable law before enabling advertising.
Manage or cancel a subscription through the Apple account used to purchase it. Deleting Voffi, deleting your Voffi account, leaving a household, or losing premium access does not cancel an Apple subscription. Apple handles billing, cancellation, and refund requests under its rules and applicable law. A price change will be communicated and handled through Apple’s required process.
RevenueCat may synchronize purchase and entitlement status. A delay, outage, different App Store account, or receipt issue may temporarily affect access. Use restore purchases and contact support with non-sensitive transaction context if an entitlement is missing.
If Voffi Pro expires, is canceled, or cannot be verified, existing records are not deleted merely because of the downgrade. New premium actions, adding pets or members beyond the free limit, and other premium-only functionality may be locked until you reduce usage to the free limit or restore Voffi Pro. You remain able to request access to, export of, or deletion of personal data where required by law.
11. External providers, content, and links
The Services rely on or interact with providers including Apple, Google Firebase, Google Sign-In, RevenueCat, Mapbox, and Google Workspace for manually handled support and legal email. Their own terms and privacy notices apply to services they independently provide, and their availability, authentication, billing, mapping, network delivery, or content can affect Voffi.
Third-party links or integrations may take you outside Voffi. To the extent permitted by law, Appsique is not responsible for a third party’s independent acts, outages, errors, billing decisions, policies, or content. A link, integration, map result, or store listing does not imply endorsement. The Privacy Policy explains how providers process information on our behalf or for their own purposes.
12. Service availability, changes, regions, and backups
At launch, Voffi is distributed for compatible iPhone devices through Apple’s App Store. Appsique does not configure general App Store availability to exclude the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, but it does not currently purchase or direct advertising or marketing campaigns specifically to audiences there. App Store availability in a country or region does not by itself mean that Appsique maintains a local establishment or specifically targets that region. Mandatory local laws still apply when they apply, including where the actual use of location or activity features constitutes regulated monitoring.
We make no promise that an Android version, another platform, a particular language, or any announced, preview, or “coming soon” feature will become available. Beta or experimental features may be incomplete, limited to selected users, change materially, or be discontinued.
We may add, change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features; perform maintenance; change plan limits; update compatibility; or respond to security, legal, store, provider, or operational requirements. When reasonably practical and required by law, we will give notice of a material adverse change.
The Services can be unavailable, delayed, stale, incomplete, or inconsistent across devices. Offline and pending-write behavior can display a local change before server synchronization succeeds. A failed, rejected, duplicated, or delayed sync can affect what other members see. Public website tool drafts are local to the browser and do not synchronize between devices. Confirm safety-critical care through an independent channel.
Voffi is not a guaranteed archive or backup service. Retain independent copies of records needed for veterinary, insurance, legal, travel, identification, or emergency purposes. Do not keep the only copy of an irreplaceable photo, proof document, route, or health record in Voffi.
13. Privacy and device permissions
The Privacy Policy explains what information Appsique processes, why it is processed, household and public sharing, providers, location and map telemetry, retention, international transfers, deletion limitations, rights, and choices. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference to the extent permitted by law.
Device permissions for precise and background location, photos, notifications, background activity, or other functions are controlled through iOS and can limit features. Revoking a permission does not necessarily delete information already submitted. Voffi keeps Mapbox’s built-in telemetry participation control available in the attribution menu: tap the information (“i”) button on a Mapbox map to opt out or resume participation. That control does not stop map requests or other processing necessary to provide mapping features, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Notification previews, widgets, and Live Activities may reveal pet names, care tasks, medication-related information, or walk status on a lock screen or paired device. Configure system and Voffi preview settings appropriately for the device and household.
14. Suspension, leaving a household, account deletion, and termination
You may stop using Voffi at any time. Leaving a household ends future access but does not remove records retained by that household under Section 2. A household owner can remove a member or revoke caregiver access. Appsique may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when we reasonably believe there is a material Terms violation, nonpayment, fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, legal requirement, or serious animal, person, or system safety risk. Where appropriate and lawful, we will provide notice and an opportunity to contact support.
Account-and-data deletion instructions appear at Delete your account. Until the authenticated in-app deletion service is deployed and verified, submit the request from the account email to privacy@voffiapp.com. An in-app error, removing the app, or merely signing out is not confirmation of deletion. We may require ownership changes, a verified support request, or other proportionate identity verification before processing the request.
We aim to remove active account data covered by a verified deletion request within 30 days. Shared care history may remain with attribution changed to “Former member”; records necessary for another authorized household; purchase, tax, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, and legal-compliance records; provider logs; and backups may be retained for the periods explained in the Privacy Policy. Deletion or irreversible expiry of provider backups within 90 days is an operational target, subject to provider-configuration verification, legal holds, and any longer period required by law.
If you are a sole household owner, you must transfer ownership or request deletion of the household and its content. Before deletion, export or independently retain records you need; recovery may not be possible after deletion is completed. Deleting an account does not cancel an Apple subscription, which must be canceled separately through Apple.
On termination, your license to use the Services ends. Sections that by their nature should survive, including content responsibility, shared-record rights, intellectual property, payment obligations, lawful retention, disclaimers, liability limits, dispute provisions, and general terms, continue to the extent enforceable.
15. Voffi intellectual property, feedback, and copyright concerns
The Services, software, design, Voffi brand, logos, original illustrations, templates, text, and documentation are owned by Appsique or its licensors and protected by applicable law. Subject to these Terms and Apple’s applicable license, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the Services on supported devices for their intended purpose.
Voffi names, marks, and trade dress may not be used without permission. Third-party marks belong to their owners. You may provide feedback, and Appsique may use it to improve or develop the Services without payment or restriction. Feedback does not give us permission to identify you publicly or use unrelated User Content.
Send a good-faith claim that content in the Services infringes intellectual property to legal@voffiapp.com. Include your identity and contact information, the protected work, the material and its location, the requested action, and the statements or signature required by applicable law.
16. Disclaimers
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that rule, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Appsique disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We do not warrant that reminders arrive; that records, routes, maps, trends, rankings, or care status are accurate; that a household member or caregiver acts properly; that an upload or pending change synchronizes; that the Services are continuously available; or that data loss, malware, or unauthorized access can never occur.
Information from another user, caregiver, linked service, map result, template, leaderboard, or generated summary is not a Voffi warranty, verified statement, or professional recommendation. You use and rely on it at your own reasonable judgment, subject to rights that applicable law gives you.
17. Limitation of liability and responsibility for claims
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
Subject to those exceptions and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Appsique and its officers, members, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of profits, goodwill, opportunity, business, or data; or harm resulting from reliance on reminders, user-entered information, maps, GPS, live location, household or caregiver conduct, or third-party services, even if advised that such loss may occur.
Subject to the same exceptions, the total aggregate liability of Appsique and the other parties identified above arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) USD $100 or (b) the subscription fees you paid for Voffi during the 12 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, damage exclusions, or liability caps. In those jurisdictions, these provisions apply only to the maximum extent permitted, and your mandatory rights remain in effect.
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for third-party claims and reasonable costs caused by your unlawful use, unauthorized User Content, misuse of household or caregiver authority, or material breach of these Terms. This responsibility does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by Appsique’s breach, negligence, willful misconduct, or violation of law, and it does not apply where consumer law prohibits it.
18. Governing law, consumer rights, and disputes
Before starting a court proceeding, you and Appsique agree to make a good-faith attempt to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days. Send a written notice describing the issue, relevant account contact information, the relief requested, and supporting facts to legal@voffiapp.com or the postal address in Section 21. Appsique will send its notice to the email or postal address associated with your account.
The 30-day period begins when the other party receives a sufficiently detailed notice. It does not prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief, filing in an eligible small-claims court, reporting a matter to a regulator, or filing when waiting would cause a legal limitation period to expire. Informal resolution does not require either party to waive a right.
Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, these Terms and disputes arising from them or the Services are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any mandatory right to bring a claim elsewhere, the state courts serving Sheridan County, Wyoming, and the United States federal court with jurisdiction over Sheridan County have exclusive jurisdiction.
These Terms do not require arbitration and do not contain a class-action waiver. Each party retains any right available under applicable law to seek relief individually, collectively, representatively, in court, or through a competent regulator or consumer authority.
If you are a consumer outside Wyoming, this choice of law and forum does not deprive you of non-waivable protections or access to a court or tribunal that applicable consumer law requires.
19. Apple App Store terms and license hierarchy
Voffi is licensed, not sold. Because the app is obtained through Apple’s App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Apple Standard EULA”) applies to the license for the iPhone application. These Terms supplement the Apple Standard EULA and govern Voffi accounts, cloud features, households, subscriptions, websites, caregiver access, support, and the other Services.
If these Terms conflict with the Apple Standard EULA about the app license or a provision Apple requires, the Apple Standard EULA controls to the extent of that conflict. If a purchase disclosure or Apple term conflicts about App Store billing, cancellation, refund administration, or subscription mechanics, Apple’s applicable term or the purchase disclosure controls. Mandatory law controls over all contractual terms where required.
This agreement is between you and Appsique, not Apple. As provided by Apple’s required terms, Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Voffi, and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of the applicable app-license provisions and may enforce them. Apple controls App Store billing, cancellation, and refund systems.
Voffi is not currently distributed through Google Play, and these Terms do not promise an Android release or any release date on another platform.
20. Changes and general terms
We may update these Terms as the Services, plans, providers, laws, or business change. We will post an updated effective date and provide additional notice or obtain renewed agreement where required. We will not apply a materially different term retroactively where applicable law prohibits it. If you do not agree to an updated version, stop using the Services and cancel any subscription.
If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited only to the extent necessary and the remaining provisions continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Headings are for convenience. “Including” means including without limitation.
You may not transfer an account or assign this agreement without Appsique’s consent. Appsique may assign the agreement as part of a lawful reorganization, financing, merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all relevant assets, subject to required notice and consumer rights.
Neither party is responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, except that this does not excuse payment obligations already due or obligations that cannot legally be excluded.
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Apple Standard EULA, applicable purchase disclosures, and any feature-specific terms form the entire agreement concerning the Services unless a separate signed agreement applies. Except for Apple’s rights described in Section 19, these Terms do not create third-party beneficiary rights.
The English version controls. Japanese, Spanish, and other translations are provided for convenience. If mandatory local law requires a translated version to control or grants rights that differ from the English version, that mandatory law and those rights are preserved.
We may provide operational or legal notices through the Services, at voffiapp.com, or by email to the address associated with your account. You are responsible for maintaining a current email address. Electronic notices satisfy written-notice requirements to the extent permitted by law.
