What is Voffi?
Voffi is a shared care organizer for routines, meals, medication, health records, walks, photos, documents, and the people who help. It gives a household one current view of what is due and what has already happened.
Is Voffi only for dogs?
No. Voffi supports dogs, cats, birds, fish and aquariums, reptiles, small mammals, amphibians, invertebrates, and custom pet types. Care actions can vary by species. A tank check is not presented as a walk.
Which devices will Voffi support?
Voffi is preparing for iPhone first. The exact iOS version and compatible devices will be listed on the App Store page at launch. No Android release has been announced.
Can multiple people and pets share one household?
Yes. Voffi is designed for multi-pet, multi-member households. The free tier is currently designed for one pet and one member; additional capacity is expected through Voffi Pro. Final limits and prices will be shown before purchase.
What is the difference between a member and a caregiver?
A household member has ongoing access according to their role. A caregiver uses a scoped, time-limited pass for selected pets, responsibilities, instructions, and dates. Voffi is not a sitter marketplace and does not vet, employ, insure, or supervise caregivers.
What is saved with a completed walk?
Depending on the features used, a walk can include route coordinates, time, distance, pace, elevation, location accuracy data, potty events, photos, notes, and participating member and pet identifiers. Read the Privacy Policy location section before using live sharing.
Does Voffi replace veterinary advice?
No. Voffi organizes records and observations. It does not diagnose, prescribe, calculate a safe dose, or replace professional veterinary care. Contact a qualified veterinarian or local emergency provider for medical decisions or urgent concerns.
Can other people see notification content?
Potentially. Pet names, care reminders, medication details, or live activity information can appear on the lock screen, widgets, or other OS surfaces depending on your settings. Use notification preview controls when other people may access the device.
