Our commitment
We aim for the public Voffi website to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA and for the app to work well with the accessibility features provided by iOS and iPadOS. Accessibility is an ongoing practice, not a one-time checklist.
Accessibility in this website
The site includes:
- semantic headings, landmarks, lists, links, buttons, and native disclosure controls;
- a keyboard-visible skip link and visible focus indicators;
- keyboard-operable navigation and frequently asked questions;
- text alternatives for meaningful imagery and hidden treatment for decorative graphics;
- minimum 44-pixel interactive targets in primary controls;
- responsive layouts that reflow on small screens and remain usable when text is enlarged;
- contrast designed to distinguish text and controls without relying on color alone;
- reduced or removed motion when the operating system requests Reduce Motion; and
- a non-translucent header when the operating system requests Reduce Transparency.
Legal pages also include print styles for a simpler reading or paper copy.
Accessibility in the Voffi app
Voffi is designed to support Dynamic Type, VoiceOver, clear control labels, generous touch targets, light and dark appearances, Reduce Motion, and Reduce Transparency. Map-based information is paired with text or list context where practical. Individual screens and new features may still have gaps, and assistive-technology behavior can vary by OS version.
If an accessibility feature blocks an essential pet-care task, please tell us the screen, action, device model, OS version, and assistive technology in use. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis or disability.
Known limitations
Some third-party content, map surfaces, App Store flows, authentication providers, advertising, and external support pages are controlled by their providers and may not meet the same standard. The caregiver web experience has a separate application interface and remains part of our ongoing review.
Report an accessibility barrier
Email support@voffiapp.com with “Accessibility” in the subject. Please include:
- the page, screen, or feature;
- what you expected and what happened;
- your device, browser or OS version, and assistive technology; and
- a preferred way for us to reply.
We will acknowledge feedback and work toward a practical response. If email is not accessible for you, ask a trusted person to contact us and state your preferred communication format.
Assessment and updates
This statement was prepared on July 20, 2026. The website is reviewed through code checks, keyboard testing, responsive testing, reduced-motion testing, and visual inspection. We will update the statement as material accessibility work is completed.
